With heavy hearts we mourn the loss of Wild Brother’s Double Stink Research Team Member Afton Rosch who passed away Monday, March 7th at age 87. Afton had a huge passion for skunks. Afton created a unique animal sanctuary and nature preserve on her 60 acre homestead in Muncie Indiana. Heaven will never smell the same again, We miss you already.

Karla got a great pic of snapping turtle who lives in her pond came up to her apple tree. No apples were on the ground, so she pulled one off the tree and gave it to the turtle, who gladly took it and carried his prize off to the pond to eat.

Geese Nesting
Its spring and Canadian geese are finding the mulch areas in shopping centers to their liking. Enjoy from a distance, especially if they have young. That big proud male will protect his hen and offspring with all the vengeance of a parent. They can hurt you, so be vigilant!
